1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your country if that age is higher, to create an account, buy or sell on SocialMarket.

Seller registration requires a date of birth and is rejected if you are under 18. We may suspend or close any account that we believe belongs to a person who does not meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Each email address and mobile number can be linked to one account only.

Repeated failed login attempts are temporarily blocked. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, change your password and tell us as soon as possible.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use SocialMarket for anything unlawful, to commit fraud, to misrepresent a listing, or to interfere with the site or with other users. You are responsible for making sure that what you list or buy complies with the rules of the social media platform concerned and with applicable law.

4. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must list only accounts or pages that they own or are authorised to transfer, and must describe them accurately, including their real metrics. Sellers are responsible for the legality of what they sell.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use SocialMarket after a change means you accept the updated terms.
